Bicycle Helmet Law:

We amend our previous policy dated 2/20/09 regarding bicycle helmet law to extend our recommendation to adult riders. Helmet Laws:  We favor helmet laws for motorcyclists. We favor mandatory helmet use for adults and children (persons under the age of 18) who are on bicycles and skateboards.
